The Calvary IT Access Center is where authorized leaders and admins manage volunteer and staff accounts for secure remote access to church systems. If you've been told you need access, or you received a setup email, this guide will help you get started.
If an account was created for you, here's how to set your password:
Once your password is set, signing in depends on your role:
You do not sign in to this platform. Your leader or admin manages your access for you. Use your credentials to sign in directly to the church services and applications you've been given access to (such as remote desktop, email, etc.).
If you are a team leader, director, or IT admin, you can sign in to this platform to manage your team's access:
All leaders and admins must watch a mandatory security awareness video before using the platform. This is a one-time requirement that renews annually.

| Forgot your password | Ask your team leader to send a password reset |
| Need an account created | Ask your team leader or ministry director |
| Need access to a new group | Ask your team leader — they'll submit a request |
| Account is disabled | Contact your team leader or IT admin to reactivate |
